Short Bio: 

Caroline Zwickson is an artist and a life coach with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. She is also a certified health coach and was trained in Transcendental Meditation. With a deep passion for combining mindfulness and coaching with creative expression, Caroline believes that self-awareness and an honest, optimistic relationship with oneself are the keys to unlocking a fulfilling life. Whether through art, coaching, or personal growth practices, her work is centered on helping others realize their potential and create lives of purpose and joy. She’s the creator of Easy Joy, a 28-day mindfulness journey where she sends small daily exercises that remind her participants of the simple joys that are always available if we pay attention. Caroline grew up in Europe and now lives in Connecticut with her husband and three kids.

Caroline Zwickson an artist and a life coach with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology.

With a deep passion for combining mindfulness and coaching with creative expression, Caroline believes that self-awareness and an honest, optimistic relationship with oneself are the keys to unlocking a fulfilling life. Whether through art, coaching, or personal growth practices, her work is centered on helping others realize their potential and create lives of purpose and joy.

Caroline has created numerous programs and courses, most notably, Easy Joy, a 28-day mindfulness journey where she sends small daily exercises that remind her participants of the simple joys that are always available if we pay attention. Easy Joy is designed to boost joy awareness and foster greater well-being, happiness, gratitude, as well as a calm, confident center.

Caroline is the creator of her own podcast called Joy Class where she interviews experts and thought leaders on what it actually takes to create a joyful life as the foundation of personal and professional success.

Certified in Women’s Health and Nutrition through The Integrative Women's Health Institute, Caroline also received an apprenticeship with Women's Holistic Health Expert, Nicole Jardim, focusing on menstrual health.

She has an M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara with areas of focus including depth psychology, dream and imaginal work, shadow work, and the mind-body connection. She completed her degree as a published author with her Production Thesis on "Experiencing Emotion Somatically: Fostering the Mind-Body Connection on the Journey Toward Wholeness."

She completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College and graduated from Columbia University’s postbaccalaureate premedical program.

Caroline has contributed and been featured in numerous publications such as MindBodyGreen, HuffPost, Martha Stewart Living, Mother, Blood+Milk, Live In The Grey and has been featured on numerous podcasts.

Caroline is also a mom to three amazing kids, a wife, and a lover of nature and food and all other things that bring variety and pleasure into her life. She grew up in Europe but now lives in the east coast of the US with her family.
