Hi, I’m Caroline

I am an Integrative Coach and Joy Mentor as well as a mom to 3 wonderful, wild little beings, a joy-seeker, nature-lover, and hobby artist who wants to lead a full, vibrant, creative, and joyful life.  

Over the last decade of coaching hundreds of women through various seasons of life, I have learned a few things:

⟶  Most of us have deeply ingrained the idea that if we want to feel lighter, more optimistic, more in love with our lives, something MASSIVE has to happen.

⟶  Most of us are disconnected from our true, whole, joyful selves and therefore cannot reap the full magic that each season has to offer.

⟶  Most of us have been sold into the idea that joy and fun only have space after all of our work is done (the recipe for burnout) and that WE only have space after everyone else is taken care of (the praise women get for self-sacrifice).

⟶  Most of us have at least once thought that joy just isn’t accessible either because of your nature, your childhood or past pains, your phase in life (hello to all my fellow moms!), or a lack of time/ money.

Here is the honest truth:

There are some situations in life that do need a big intervention, but by far most of them DON’T.

What most of us need to elevate the quality of our life are a few easily accessible joy-fuelers that nourish us, ground us and direct us into an optimistic lane.

– in fact, ATTRACT and MANIFEST –
the big changes we want to see.
