What is private coaching?
Private coaching is a completely unique, tailored-to-you experience that is designed to help you discover who you are today and help you map an authentic path that allows you to create a life you can truly thrive in.
Expect deep conversations, questions you’ve never been asked before, tears and laughter, fresh perspectives, new discoveries about yourself that will transform you, feelings of worthiness and confidence, all around better habits + boundaries, and of course, a lot more joy.

How Coaching Works
Your Personalized Plan
My private 1:1 mentorship and coaching program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Instead of a set curriculum, my mentorship program is laser focused on YOU and will adjust to exactly where you are and what you need.
Ongoing Support Sessions
Based on your Personalized Plan, we’ll map out our session schedule where you’ll receive a series of 45-minute coaching dates with me. Most people choose to meet with me 3-4 x per month, but if you prefer more or less frequent meetings, we can always discuss that as well.
The
Weekly
Work
Following each session, we’ll decide on a simple action step to complete before we meet again. This can include journal prompts, thought exercises, simply noting patterns, trying out a new ritual, meditations or visualizations, affirmations, learning a new way of talking to yourself, various written exercises, reading an article, picking up a new activity/ exercise, daring to have a necessary conversation, implementing boundaries… the list of possibilities is endless.
Support Between Sessions
You have unlimited email access to me for support, feedback, and guidance. I’m a big believer in the power of writing and encourage all of my clients to take advantage of sharing both their challenges and wins with me in between our calls (although this is not a must!).

My private 1:1 mentorship and coaching program is meant for women who are really ready to take an honest look at themselves and their lives.
Clients who do best and gain the most from our work together are committed to feeling their emotions and are willing to learn how to trust their intuition.
I always take a holistic, gentle, and direct approach that is both grounded in practical action steps you can start taking today while also holding space for you to dive deep into your inner world so you can manifest your most desired long term outcomes that are actually in alignment with all of you.
As an optimist myself, I am committed to helping you see yourself and your life as being full of opportunity, beauty, glorious adventure, and thriving relationships.
