Challenge #15: Drink lots of (home-made flavored) water

Most people don’t drink enough water and, I think, part of it is that they forget and the other part is because water alone can sometimes feel pretty boring.

That’s why today, your challenge is to drink lots of water with yummy fruits or veggies like lemon, lime, raspberries, cucumber, pineapple, apple… really whatever you like. Serve up a nice big pitcher for yourself.

For me personally, I get tons of joy from looking at how pretty the fruit looks in the water and I also get joy from tasting something a little different than plain water (I am someone who loves novelties and when something feels special;) AND I end up drinking a little more as well which is great because a hydrated body is most definitely a happier one. So you see, there are lots of wins here :)

PS: I am not telling you exactly how much water to drink because it so vastly changes depending on your size, the climate you live in, the season, your activity level and so forth. Instead, be mindful and pay attention to how you feel.
